Why choose Kiah Academy?

Kiah Academy arose from our consulting engagements in assisting both commercial and public sector clients through difficult negotiations and dispute resolution. We needed to uplift their team's capability to participate effectively. Negotiation training was borne.

We don't do things half-heartedly, so we invested in research and development, and attended Harvard and Edinburgh business schools. We developed our own case studies drawn from our experiences working within and alongside the public sector.

At the request of some clients, we extended the offerings to a broader suite of practical practices. They are founded on our internal training, the secret sauce of consultants. Designed to uplift the effectiveness of our teams, quickly. Now available publicly.
